I had a good experience the first year, but a relatively bad experience both this year and last year. This year they forgot to file my state taxes and I got a penalty letter in the mail (which, to their credit, they did cover and apologize for the inconvenience.). The year before I got bad advice on reducing taxes by dumping a bunch of money into an IRA (but he didn't specify for a Traditional and not the Roth that I have.) Even if I had dumped it into a traditional, ya it would have saved me taxes that year, but I am also interested in long-term growth and savings. They have a nice office, nice staff, and nice presentation of information, but I felt really frustrated both last year and this year.
