I refer to their sub-company "Skrill", which is an online payment service.I tried to get my money out of the skrill wallet by using my credit card which has to be verified in advance. After i did the verification correctly, the systems tries to verify my credit card again when i want to order my withdrawal. Another way to get my money would be a bank transfer which costs 5,50 €.The company tries to hold the money as long as they can - or, if you need it earlier, you have to pay the high fee for a bank transfer. Use paypal - its really more uncomplicated, and they dont charge you for withdrawing money!

Do NOT USE THEM! They steal your money! I have a useless piece of paper with a code that cost £100. The £100 voucher is blocked “for securtity purposes” I already sent them my passport. Then they wanted the passport + paysafe in 1 photo. I also sent it to them. I am already a verified customer but I still cannot use the £100!!! No phone number to contact them at all.

Hard to get hold of !!!! Seem to change the name presented on our customers DD from Paysafe Financial to Optimal Payments when they feel like it! No wonder our customers cancel their DDs !!! Also claimed this months DD on the 12th , it’s due out on the 1st!! I struggle to run a Health Club business with this company as our DD provider !!
