The people make the difference—Max and Aidan are fantastic. Plus, Curv POS supports the Dual Pricing model seamlessly.
What would you change about the experience?
As an ISA, I'm always seeking POS solutions that work across a wide range of industries. The Curv unit looks like the perfect fit.

What was the best part of the experience?
PayArc is truly an all-inclusive and fully dynamic processing machine. Their team is dedicated and professional and the 24/7 access offered to their Agents is second to none. I have been working with PayArc for over 4 years now, my portfolio has grown consistently year over year and PayArc truly is my first call for all things processing. Excited to began selling their new CURV POS as well!
What would you change about the experience?
I really think the only thing I would change is to have met the team sooner and started with their programs from day one. I really have no negatives to report. There are always challenges in business, but the way PayArc handled those issues every single time has proven to me that there won't be anything we can't overcome.

What was the best part of the experience?
Taking care of their customers and doing the right thing. Some processors merely care about money and margins, while Payarc cares about relationships. It's nice to have old school values.
What would you change about the experience?
I'm very happy with my relationship so I can't say there is much I would change.

When we started PayArc we saw a huge opportunity. As other payment processors became larger, the merchants and agent partners were not getting the service that they need to properly run their business. We focused on providing a smooth boarding process, fair and transparent pricing, with a huge focus on customer service and support. By getting back to basics, we we have been able to work with some great merchants and agents. I look forward to continuing this journey.

Easy onboarding and use of backend. We have dealt with many other processing solutions and have had so many issues.

Should of moved over to PayArc along time ago. We have used two other processors prior and had numerous issues.

What was the best part of the experience?
The service level is unparalleled, from tier 1 support all the way through senior management. 99% of the time things are uneventful (which is how I like it!), but at times when there are issues, they get resolved very quickly and with a great attitude. Also, the rates are very competitive, as well as the integration process being very smooth.
What would you change about the experience?
I honestly would not change a thing. This company is great. They have not given me any reason to be unhappy.
