UPS attempted a delivery to my residence which required a signature. The package was dropped off at this secondary location for my pickup. I checked the internet to find out Pay Day was open at 10:00 am. I arrived at 10:20 only to discover the front door locked and it was closed. I called UPS and advised them this was the second time this has happened to me at this location. At 10:45 a guy stills in blocking the front door, looks at me sitting in my car, turns on the open sign and walks in. I walk inside and he is talking to someone his cell phone (personal call) and docent say a word to me. I hand him my claim ticket and he walks to the back returning to the desk while still talking to someone on his phone. I have no idea how these clowns get hired or why UPS a nationally recognized company would even use this business as a pickup location. He failed to even acknowledge he was late or offer an apology or excuse, which I'm sure would have been a lie anyways. UPS please remove this company from your secondary pickup locations , they don't deserve to be associated to your company.
