Client Review on Payfirma Corporation

From beginning to end nothing but problems. My clients would click the link in the invoice and be sent to the homepage to log in as an employer. Some clients received error messages about their cards and couldn't use them. The back end is a disaster with a very rigid invoicing system riddled with bugs that "are escalated and maybe will be addressed in the new year."They are beta testing their crappy software while charging clients good money for it.Update: they don't record transactions for clients that invoice. So if I had stayed with them for a full year, I would have had to manually create and enter into an excel spreadsheet of all my transactions in a year! Glad I only processed about 30 before finding this out. Also, they deleted my account same day, so I didn't have an opportunity to even take a screen shot of my invoices. I now have to comb through all of the credit card transactions that were paid and match them with deposits to find out who paid me and who didn't. Even though I have paid their fee until the end of the month, they deleted all of my records already. What a disaster.
