We have been with Payfirma since we opened 2 1/2 years ago. Nothing but good things to say. The Customer Service has been 1st rate, the equipment broke down once and was replaced super fast (same day). Nothing negative to say here. I would highly recommend Payfirma to any business.

Not secure at all, they offer address verification and ccv number verification (only if you call and request it) , but that does not protect you from thousands of dollars in fraud activity. You need Verified by Visa which they don't offer. Update: they fixed the security/fraud issue by matching billing address with credit card. Not sure why this wasn't done in the first place? no compensation for thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges... This could have been avoided easily.

Terrible customer service and theft. An accidental charge of $11,550 was put through their system. I called immediately and couldn't get through as it was a Saturday. When I finally talked to someone the following Monday she said she'll try to stop it but if it goes through I can just refund the money. So it went through I refunded but they still charged me $300+ for the transaction fee which they are refusing to refund because they don't believe that the charge was accidental. So if you're looking for a company that feels $300 is more important to them than honesty and customer service then go with Payfirma. But I would highly recommend you keep an eye on your statements.

From beginning to end nothing but problems. My clients would click the link in the invoice and be sent to the homepage to log in as an employer. Some clients received error messages about their cards and couldn't use them. The back end is a disaster with a very rigid invoicing system riddled with bugs that "are escalated and maybe will be addressed in the new year."They are beta testing their crappy software while charging clients good money for it.Update: they don't record transactions for clients that invoice. So if I had stayed with them for a full year, I would have had to manually create and enter into an excel spreadsheet of all my transactions in a year! Glad I only processed about 30 before finding this out. Also, they deleted my account same day, so I didn't have an opportunity to even take a screen shot of my invoices. I now have to comb through all of the credit card transactions that were paid and match them with deposits to find out who paid me and who didn't. Even though I have paid their fee until the end of the month, they deleted all of my records already. What a disaster.

I used Squere before, it was just fine, I switched to payfirma because it was cheaper ( you get what you pay for) It takes forever to sign in, it doesn't remember me, or my password, if I switch window-tab to look at amount I M charging on calculator, payfirma app shuts down completely, I have to sign in again, and ask client to wait another few min. When comes to tips, I lose 100-400$ a month, because of stupid decimals...so f.. Stupid, I get tips from clients 10, 20 cents, Instead of $10.00, 20$ I completely cancel credit card payments for my business, cheque, or cash
