CLIENT CUSTOMERS BEWARE - we worked with them for a few years through a software vendor they integrate with and when I called to close our account because we changed software, it took several months for them to stop charging us - so I had to keep calling. THEN they debited our account for nearly $600 fee that no one EVER mentioned and that was not detailed in our contract.

Very reliable Emv integration, support that actively answers calls and helps with resolutions! Highly recommended for POS system integration.

Terrible experience with the technical support team. It's not the fault of the technician but with the product they are supporting. I almost have to call every day because something goes wrong. Long hold times and the techs sound burned out.

Its Sunday, and the payment interface is not active. Payment Logistics has absolutely no-one to help get our CC processing back up. It amazes me the lack of support provided. I've lost thousands of dollars today because of their laziness.

One of my businesses, a large sports themes micro brewery, has been using Payment Logistics for about 3 years. With the majority of our business being credit cards it is important for us to have a reliable and reasonable vendor. PL's is both. The system is user friendly and they are there for my staff on the rare occasion when we need assistance. They go above and beyond when I need them for something. They are truly a partner not just a vendor.

Our office has been using Payment Logistics for about 5 years now and we would not have it any other way! I manage a Chiropractic Office and it is the easiest system for us to use for monthly's, prepays, or refunds if needed. Having an auto debit system is simple and not having to re enter card information is amazing. I refuse to let my Boss switch to any other company, as we typically have a ton of different companies a month try to get us to switch over and I just look at him and he knows its not happening. This is such an EASY system to use!
