Overall Feedback:
Merchant Services is a very competitive business. Payment World made me promises, but now I find I didn't get the amendment in writing. Unfortunately, I was not aware that was required. Therefore, it is not part of the agreement. My stupidity for not having an attorney double check the contract and make sure all the addendum's were included. Be smart. Don't go by what is said, only what the contract says. I would definitely recommend an attorney to read it carefully before I would sign again.
