If it is already hectic in practice anyway, there would be better things to do than to restart the terminal constantly.(Original)Sehr rasche und kompetente Betreuung, leider habe ich aber zwischendurch so meine Schwierigkeiten mit meinem Terminal, resp. mit dem Drucker.Anfangs hatte ich ein Leihgerät, da ich länger auf das neuste Modell warten musste. Dieses funktionierte einwandfrei. Als dann endlich das neue Modell gekommen ist, hatte ich mich so an den Vorgänger gewöhnt, dass ich ihn zurückhaben wollte. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir erlassen. Ich habe dann ein nigelnagelneues Gerät vom Vorgängermodell bekommen, eigentlich schön! Vielen Dank!Leider spinnt aber der Thermodrucker zwischendurch, so dass ich alles vom Strom abnehmen muss, damit er wieder richtig druckt. Der Support hat dieses Problem schon mehrmals angeschaut, aber noch keine Lösung gefunden. Zum Glück passiert es nicht allzu oft, aber eben sehr unregelmässig und manchmal mehrmals hintereinander. Wenn es dann sowieso schon hektisch ist in der Praxis, hätte man besseres zu tun, als das Terminal ständig neu zu starten.
