These guys are awesome! They definitely know what they are doing. My recent computer purchase was very reasonably priced and they offered plenty of free teck advise. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Have used these guys twice now, for a desktop repair and a desktop upgrade that I didn't have time to do myself, small local computer store, centrally located, clean, lots of parking, off Bluff near Kmart, not much stock if you're buying components, and prices are more than you'll pay online, both jobs were done correctly but took twice as long as expected, service charge was reasonable, phone communication was not good, and the employees don't seem to share information, but I'll use them again in a pinch

Took a USB thumb drive in to see if they could fix it. Just the very front part that you plug into the computer was bent. Told me they could try and fix it but couldn’t guarantee anything and it would cost 50 bucks just to try. 50 dollars an hour is a ridiculous amount to charge for a “maybe we can fix it”. Never will go back. Too overpriced.

These folks made me a basic Desktop PC. It was nothing special, and probably didn't make them much money off it - but they were very attentive to me throughout the whole process and I got a good computer at a good price. The computer did freeze up shortly after I bought it, during an automatic Windows update. This wasn't PC Innovation's fault at all, but they took it in and got it fixed for me at no charge. This is a good company to do business with.

They are always willing to help me. With several experiences over the years that I have been going there, they just take a at my look at my laptop and confirm that everything is ok, and send me on my way without a bill, just a smile! I will always go back to them!!
