I recently switched my pos provider to PDQ and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson was Chris and he asked a lot of questions about how we operate and what our goals are. Their menu team did a great job and everything was installed in a matter of weeks. The system is fast and training is super easy. I really like how the online ordering is integrated into the pos. That saves us duplicating the orders and it’s always accurate. I also want to thank Nick in the call center for going above and beyond when we had an issue with our internet provider! Great job PDQ!!

I own an Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria in Browns Mills NJ. I have been with PDQ systems for over 10 yrs now!. I cannot begin to tell you what a great company this is. They are by far the best POS system I have ever worked with. It is fast, accurate and very simple to use. Anytime I've had an issue, they are there for me, whether it's on the phone or on site. If something breaks they are quick to send out a loaner until your issue is fixed! I am on my second system and I will remain a loyal customer to PDQ systems. My business has increased tenfold and there is very little to no theft and that is what an owner looks for. I urge everyone to give this company a consideration, because you will not find a better POS company to deal with. Chris was my salesman and he was always there for me if I needed to speak to him with his personal cell phone! I highly recommend this POS system to anybody looking to increase their business and take it to the next level. Thank You PDQ! As bad as it gets terrible customer service. It's basically just s rip off I can go on forever about them. Do not buy anything from them
