Update: I don't know if they've changed management or staff but you can tell! The gate dinged my car and I left a message and never received a call back. It is hard to get in contact with anyone in the store if you call. They also should post a no tailgating sign on the gate and last time for access. Easy checkin process and the staff is very friendly. The storage unit is clean and easy to access. I won a gift card too!
