If I could give a negative rating I would, their one customer service rep or loan rep whichever he is, Mike, is beyond rude and unprofessional. When asked to speak to another customer service rep first he refused and kept asking why and then when he put me on hold he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the gentleman I spoke to (if he was indeed the manager) didn’t really listen to my complaint, however he did transfer me to another customer service rep who was wonderful and very professional and nice.
