I don't recommend getting a mortgage with this bank or anyone connected with them. This bank's mortgage branch pre-approved a mortgage for the people buying our house. They had two months to do the research, but waited until one week from closing to say they were not providing a mortgage for them. (Apparently they knew they weren't going to do it, but waited a few weeks to say so.) It has left their clients, us and the other family that were selling a house to us, stuck and losing a lot of money. No one was a fault except the mortgage provider.
