Worst "service" ever, don't give them your money! After dealing with a terrible customer service Rep a couple months ago, I wanted to close my secured credit card with them and another rude rep told me it would take 30-45 days to send me a cheque and basically "sucks for you". Ridiculous. I will never recommend dealing with this company, they don't care about their customers whatsoever and every Rep I have ever spoken to was extremely rude. Put your money elsewhere, try Vancity or Coast Capital Savings - huge difference!Update: I closed my account on November 18th it's now January 4th and I still haven't received my money back.
