I have had a loan with PEP for a couple of years now. My loan officer was very helpful and took the time to help me understand the process of buying a home. Anytime I have had a question the staff has always been polite and helpful. I would recommend PEP to someone who is looking to finance a home.

Unprofessional in every avoid any company that uses this company to handle their billing. Lacks customer service skills in every way. My children began Martial Arts class and this company handles the billing. They are very ignorant and argumentative for no reason at all.

We have had our home mortgage through PEP for 2 years. I have called with questions about Escrow, billing, taxes and paid via mailed check and over the phone. I have always been able to speak to someone directly. Everyone that I spoke with was friendly, helpful and gave me the information that I needed. They worked with us in the beginning to help us get into our home and have been great to work with so far. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Financed our mobile home and the interest bordered on usury. Unreasonably high rates. This place should be shut down in my opinion. I would never recommend this company for anything.The staff is rude and unprofessional.
