Feedback:

I worked with a Esmeralda and she was nice over the phone but then told me over the phone that because I didn’t live in the area she can not do my loan. I called the location of were I lived and they said she could have helped me. The following day she helped me and then when I came in the office she was acting smart with me Saying because of my job title at my employment she would think I would own more electronics. I told her it’s just a job title and she kept going back and forth with me. I asked her if she was seriously getting smart with me she said no then when we came to the contract I asked her about the interest and she said I told you that already and didn’t want to go over it with me until I said I’m not signing anything till I see. Overall she was rude and I will never return to that location
