I arrived at Peruzzi Nissan at 7:45am for my 7:58am oil change and service appointment. After checking in, I took the shuttle to a nearby restaurant and cafe for breakfast. At approximately 10:17am I received a call, expected to be notified that my service was completed. I was informed that the technician discovered a cracked right axel boot, and the repair would cost over $900. After approving the repair, I waited at the cafe for another 3 hours with no contact from the service department. I called around 1:30pm and was told that the repair should be completed soon. After calling again at 3:00, I was told that the repair was finally completed. I requested a pick-up by the shuttle and was met with surprise that I was still waiting at the cafe. Given that the service department had my car, I was confused as to how I would've gotten somewhere else. After being picked up by the shuttle and returning to the dealership, it was almost another 30 minutes before I received my paperwork and paid $930 for the repairs and service. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of communication and care was concerning as the repair was unexpected. This is not the level of care and service I have grown accustomed to at Peruzzi Nissan.

I had an appointment to have my car serviced. The day before the appointment, I received a card in the mail informing me of a software update for my vehicle. I figured I would have to make another appointment, thinking that the time allotted would only be only enough for my original service. Imagine my surprise when the technician told me they could do the update at the same time, saving me from making another appointment! I was thrilled!

Haven't been to Peruzzi Nissan for many years but decided to stop in after visiting another Nissan dealer the day prior. My experience at Peruzzi was pretty awesome. My sales person (Kodi H) and the sales manager (Joe) listened to me about what I wanted and communicated very well every step of the way. Upon coming up with the price for the new truck, I never felt pressured and never once felt like they were trying to get every dime they could. They actually applied incentives that I didn't know about. I did a lot of research on forums prior to going to the dealership and was quickly offered an amazing deal here after seeing what others paid on the forums. I was concerned with the trade-in value they would offer for my truck that I was turning in. They offered me what I wanted with very little back and no hassle. This place beat the other dealership I went to without any hassle. Bought a new Nissan Frontier Pro 4x. Thank you to the team at Peruzzi for the great experience.
