Overall Feedback:

We've relocated our 16 year old business relocated to Wichita Falls. Thought it sold be good gesture to open my payroll accounts at a home town bank. Nobody came from behind counter to greet and start process, no explaination given for that and also needed document notorized. She told me they do not notorize at all and go to city hall. She might as well told me to go to hell. I am not opening any account there and strongly discourage others as well. "Don't care" was defined there in 60 seconds. Very confused by this, I did nothing weird or anything crazy, I was dressed well, I was polite. Just that kind of place I guess. Lol
