I was sending a wire transfer to Colorado in reference to the closing on our new home. When I went back about 2 hours later to get a copy of the transaction it couldn't be found (the supervisor who was working on it got a call her husband was in a wreck and at the hospital. She locked the paperwork in her desk and went to the hospital). When it was finally located, it was to late to do the transfer on that day's transaction. I left figuring things would be handled the next morning. I don't know how Beth in Carlsbad and the wire transfer team at corporate did it, but they got the transaction through that day. My loan officer in Colorado was astonished, he said "You've got a great bank!" I agree. Thanks to everyone who worked on this.
