It is bank is the worst in customer service! My sister's account was compromised. My sister tried to resolve it herself she was treated rudely. Since I had been an officer of a former bank I thought I could help her get her money back. I too was treated rudely and left the bank knowing they would be no help. The banks a see was to contact Google since the unauthorized charges were made to Google. I contacted Google and they did a 3-way conversation with the bank. Google told Carla that all they had to do was a charge back and the bank would not lose any money and my sister could recover her money back that was deducted from her debit account. My sister has suffered mentally and financially due to Pioneer's Bank lack of compassion. My sister has been battling Necrotising Fascitis, which is a flesh-eating bacteria, and Pioneer Bank's lack of customer service is appalling! Shame on you Pioneer Bank!
