This is a horrible place to get a loan. Yes, they say they are there to help and so fourth, which is great. However, they failed to disclose information. The words they advertise and their actions contradict one another. Pioneer Services Military Loans negatively impact my husband's credit. His first payment was late due to the fact he was unfamiliar with setting up automatic payment. He finally contacted Pioneer to make his first payment. A Pioneer representative told him the balance amount which was due, in which he paid. The Rep failed to enclose the late fee and failed to mention what will bring his account up to date. Meanwhile, automatic payment was set up. Every month he paid prior to the due date. However, on his credit report it shows he was late for 17 months. We went to Pioneer Service Military Loans and told them they made a mistake. The Rep had some nerve to say it was accurate. Stating, that the late fee that was acquired on the first month rolled over on the following months. Pioneer Loans failed to disclose this information in the contract, failed to tell my husband when he contacted them to make the payment, and failed to contact him period. They could have written a letter to his company or something because 9 months out of the 17 months he was in Afghanistan. Thanks to Pioneer Loans being a money hunger business and a hypocrite, they have jeopardized my husband credit. I do not recommend giving them your business because you may be the next victim.
