Super store with great friendly staff. They have many super values in the Smokey Mountains! Gary is the best and very helpful to truly earn my business. Was really worth driving over 3 hours to get my special item at this shop!!!

The prices are a bit high for a pawn shop on some things (you really don't want to look here for a chain saw) but they do have some good deals. The staff is friendly and helpful, too.

Great pawn shop! Very friendly and helpful staff! I was at Plaza Pawn north today and witnessed a customer being extremely rude and aggressive towards one of the employee’s for absolutely no reason.. he was treating him very poorly and wouldn’t stop trying to get a reaction out of the employee but the young man couldn’t have handled himself better!! I highly recommended this place and commend the young man for handling the situation how he did!

Amazing people at Plaza Pawn North! Last week, my son's expensive bicycle was stolen. After filing a police report, I went to Plaza Pawn with the serial number and info of the bike. Within a short time, the thieves contacted them to pawn it. Plaza Pawn contacted the police and within a short time, my son had his bike back. Kudos to such a switched-on crew! Thanks for your help with it all!

This place must be awesome ,I've been to their sister store and they have not been able to help me at all whether I'm buying or pawning, buying I can get new at some of their prices, pawning I might as well give it to a Charity, I would get more out of my item,and my item being practically new, also when I go to review them on their webpage and click on review it won't let me wright a review, worse I've ever been in sad to say. Small towns I do say.
