I'm happy to be a member of point breeze credit union. They have very good customer service, are helpful, timely and basically everything a typical bank is not. Their checking and savings accounts are free. No monthly maintenance fees. So glad I came here.

I moved to Ohio a couple months ago and I thought I'd let everyone know how hard it is to find a decent bank. I miss this bank so much.. Everything was great about it. Mobile app has up to date features, online banking is so streamline and wonderful, and depositing cash is the easiest and fastest experience I've ever had with a bank. I wish there was a point breeze in Columbus.

THE TELLER TAYLOR IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

The teller by the name of Taylor who was working drive through is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. There is no reason why she should working directly with members with an attitude like that. I went through the drive thru and needed a deposit slip. I asked for one and she seemed to have an issue with that. After making my deposit she continued to help (2) others vehicles to the right of me, never asking if I needed anything else or speaking to me at all. Only after I kept clicking the button she responded with yes. I asked if there was an issue and why am I not being serviced and she stated I didn’t know you needed anything else. I’m sorry but when I hear you asking TWO cars back to back if they needed anything else while I’m still waiting MAKES YOUR EXCUSE COMPLETE BULL. She needs further customer service training! Highly dissatisfied!

On my second auto loan with this bank. Best rates nice people and clean place. Offers free coffee and water which should be considered a small gesture but it is a pretty big deal when you compare it to most banks that dont show that type of hospitality
