I wouldn’t use this company, the system is okay but the execution and delivery is very poor, the system will do what your business needs but you will be left alone to work it all out, I changed and reverted back to old provider within a month and would say in 10 years of running a business this was by far the most stressful and worst experience with a system/company.

Call thousand times when facing problem with the system no one pick up nor sort it out .. till waiting ... waiting ... very poor service really bad experience ...

I’ve been dealing with pointOne EPoS since I started in business over 15yrs ago. They are a very professional company and know exactly what a retailer or restauranter needs from their EPoS systems. Also they realize the needs and urgency that problems need to be dealt with.Their support systems, both software and hardware, are excellent and any problems can usually be sorted online with the technicians working remotely online from their call centre. The tech lines usually answer within 10 rings which is re-assuring as when there is problems usually the customer is waiting so you need a quick response and the matter resolved asap....We have 5 branches and all use pointOne EPoS tills, printers and now their integrated card payments terminal from Payment Sense which saves valuable time. Overall we are extremely satisfied with pointOne and their excellent and professional service.... 5 Stars easily
