I have been working with the folks from POSitive Tech for 5 years now as a manager and I know we have been using them longer than that. I have always had great service from them, be it here at the restaurant or with remote help. Both with hardware and software. They have always been patient and explained what they were doing so we can fix anything that comes up on the fly. They even carry 3-ply paper for us even though I know we are the only restaurant that still uses it. Fair price good service, and just plain nice folks to deal with. Thanks again for the last minuet help always a pleasure.
