They quoted me $386.00 for a repair & now are trying to charge me $1,204.00. The assistant manager at the Wake Forest location named Jacob refuses to give me my car even though the N.C. motor vehicle repair act states that a repair shop cannot charge more than 10% of the quoted price. An employee who said he was the assistant manager named Danny (Jacob says he is not the assistant manager) gave me the quote. He will not own up to the fact that he gave me the quote. I have called the police & will be going first thing in the morning to speak with the manager, Al. If they attempt to charge me more than they legally can or refuse to give me my property, I will be filing a civil suit. I am willing to pay the 10% above the quoted price but I will not pay above that amount. This is an edit to the above post: the manager, Al, made things right this morning and charge me a fair and reasonable price. I am leaving my review at three stars because Al is stellar however the other two guys mentioned above are not honest and they do not honor their word.
