My husband and I were first time home buyers and had little to no knowledge on the process. Our realtor suggested Sonya Pitt with Premier Lending so we went with her and I am so glad we did! She was so patient and understanding with all our questions (and there were many!) With each step she explained what was needed and what we should expect. Her team was very quick to respond when we had any random questions through out the process.
