If I could rate them a negative, I would! All was well while we had Jenny. We had her the first 3 times we were there. She was great. Then we were switched to someone else there because we were doing an FHA loan. Ever since then, it went downhill from there like a bottle rocket! After they switched us over to someone else, we were lied to the entire time. We were lied to about the grant that turned out to be a loan acting like a 2nd mortgage, and about the amount of our mortgage, and more. Then the head honcho lender told us that the CL100 could be voided out and bypassed and that the State housing wouldn't need it. Huge lie! They have changed our closing date 4 different times, and now it's getting ready to be a 5th time because of their screw up. They made the decision to try and bypass the CL100 that didn't pass by slipping it underneath the papers in hopes that the State housing would not realize it. They never consulted with us on doing that until after it was too late! It is very hard to get in contact with them. They hardly ever call you back, and they never tell you when they need papers xyz until it is passed the time of them needing them. Then they get mad at you for not checking your email every day because they don't know how to pick up a phone and say "Hey, I emailed you some information I need as soon as you can." If they screw up and need more signatures or papers from you, which has been quite a lot, they expect you to have it to them within a couple of hours even if you are working. I have lost 2 different job offers because of them continually changing the date of closing, and we are now out almost $3,000! We still don't know when we are closing or even if we are closing. I so wish we would have gone with another company! I could go on for another 20 or 30 minutes on how bad they screwed us, but I won't. Please, please, please save yourself the headache and money and steer way clear of this company!
