L'assistenza è solo via mail e non si ha la possibilità di parlare con nessuno.Dopo aver mandato ogni tipo di documentazione a seguito delle loro richieste (punto di vendita, data di acquisto, copia degli scontrini con carta di identità e anche "motivazione per cui compro i PIN???) mi dicono che il conto è stato chiuso..."a causa di motivi importanti". Mi sono letto attentamente i Termini e Condizioni di PSC e non ho infranto nessuna norma presente nel loro regolamento. Nel richiedere quali fossero "i motivi importanti", mi è stato detto che erano "motivi loro". Assurdo.Insomma. Nel cassetto mi sono trovato dei codici PIN che non potevo più caricare ed usare.C'è la possibilità di rimborso:Indicando i vostri dati bancari, vi verrà rimborsato al 100% dell'importo presente nel vostro conto PSC.Attraverso il modulo che vi verrà comunicato, potete richiedere un rimborso dei PIN non caricati. (massimo 5 PIN per volta con commissione di 7.50 EUR).Il processo è stato eterno. Mi hanno chiesto anche cose inutili come il codice seriale degli scontrini.... anche se era già presente nello scontrino che avevo inviato attraverso foto con carta di identità.A distanza di un mese e mezzo, dopo infiniti solleciti, sono stato rimborsato.Posso dire di essere veramente molto deluso e CONSIGLIO DI STARE ALLA LARGA
