Bought a truck from Prestige Auto and it has been nothing but problems. Now they aren’t even honest when questions are asked about the condition of the truck prior to selling it. Simply the shop they work with was unwilling to fix the actual problem because it would require an experienced individuals work to get the problem solved correctly. Prestige Auto did pay to have a couple new sensors put in but again this was never the actual problem. Check engine light in the first day of having the truck on the way home but apparently “it was fine” when they inspected and drove it. In addition Prestige Autos warranty service they sell falsified information to the repair facility leading to a denied claim after the attempt to make one. It was clear on the phone they know they are in the wrong and want nothing to do with the terrible business practice they have already done. Nor do they want to help resolve the problem anymore when the truck is missing pieces and hours upon hours of diagnostic time is being put in. But “no one has touched the truck” besides TML Auto after the sensors (again he avoided the question). Very disappointed in how they are handling the still on going problem. I’ve had this truck since May. But had is an understatement I’ve truly only had it for 10 days otherwise it’s been in the shop. I wouldn’t go back nor trust their maintenance reports and salesmen’s knowledge of how “fine” a truck is. But of course they will reply and find an excuse to how it isn’t their fault. Just to keep a reputation that is good for themselves.
