Overall Feedback:
Jack Kelleher was the guy from Priority Funding that I was dealing with. He was absolutely horrible and made my whole experience on buying my first home a nightmare. Let me start by saying, there was no communication at all!!! Just put it this way I was emailing, and calling him for months to try to get answers on stuff about my loan as any home owner would want to know like how much my monthly mortgage would be etc..... Thats not even the bad part so now we reach my closing day. Which mind u Jack never even told me a time or place to be for closing, once again lack of communication! So right before closing I want to say two hrs before closing. His office calls me scrambling around for documents from homeowners insurance. Jack received the information for my home owners a few weeks prior so no excuse to scramble for that stuff two hrs before my closing! Also was looking for a copy of a check that was cashed and sent in April no explanation for that one either! I was always on top of everything they needed. His secretary called me 5 times right before my closing asking me to call places for documents that they should of already made sure they had or even called for them there self! So long story short my closing didn’t happen on the schedule day! This was very Detrimental to me as I closed on my old house in the same day and needed this closing to happen. I had my uhaul packed with all my stuff and now had no where to go! So now I’m very upset and it just gets worse. I go to call the uhaul place and ask for an extension for the uhaul and they tell me they have rented it already. So now I have to rush and find a place for all my stuff that is packed in a 15ft uhaul truck. The only place I had was a wood shed at my parents house that had no door and a dirt floor. I had to put stuff outside in the rain cause it rained all weekend and stuffed things in the house if I could find room. This was traumatic for me and very stressful. Thank you jack I appreciate it!!!! I blame u fully in this cause of your lack of communication with me and my realtor! In my opinion u do not belong in the position u are in and should take responsibility for these actions!! The following Monday was my closing and I get to the table and was shock to find out that I owed more than expected at closing once again due to jack not communicating with me about anything. So I had to have someone come and give me some money just to be able to close that day. So if u are looking for a loan stay away from Priority Funding! Oh and I had to give 1 star just to be able to post this review its not worth any reviews!
