I own a high end flooring company in the heart of Los Angeles and we have very high ticket orders that our customers love to put on credit cards. We found Process Green and learned that their credit card processing services can lower our current merchant services rates and fees. What we really loved is that we can support any cause we choose. We chose a local organization that helps feed families in the community that have fallen on hard times. To us, saving money and supporting a good cause is a must and we encourage other business owners to follow suit. Process Green also has free cause-marketing tools that we use to help spread the word about the organization we are supporting both online and in-person. The customer service is spot-on and that is super important when we need to talk to someone over the phone quickly. We plan on using Process Green as our credit card processing company for our future businesses/projects as well.
