I already have a Business account with another credit union. I decided to go to this place to set up a personal account. I give them my Drivers license,social security card, copies of mail mailed to me from two physical addresses,a copy of my vehicle registration. Now my vehicle registration new slip came up missing but I had a copy of my old slip and I had copy of my renewal receipt. The personal account officer(M.P )that helped me kept taking information to his manager for approval. But my information was rejected every time. My appointment was 3pm Monday 9/9/2019

My husband and I continue to have horrible experiences with the staff at this location. Their rates are good but it's just not worth it for us anymore. Be advised, they WILL lie to you. We are in the process of setting up new accounts with another credit union so we can finally say bye to Provident for good!

The Daly City branch has the best customer service and very knowledgeable about their products. On Aug 31, 2017, I submitted my application for refinance of my loan mortgage. Today, September 21, I signed my loan documents with 3.5 %! The branch manager, Carolina Lopez is awesome! She assisted me above and beyond her work responsiblity. The assistant branch manager and the rest of the representatives of Daly City Branch are hardworking and dependable!

I was so very grateful for one of your employees perception;knowing that I was under heavy stress. I am a victim of IRS fraud. I lost $4,500 and was being threatened by this "Fake IRS Agent". I am sorry I forgot her name but she is petite, Asian, long brown hair. I would love to know her name...I owe her many thanks! She called the Police, stood by my side and saved me from losing more. Channel 5 (KPIX) came to my house for an interview about this and I did mention Provident Bank and this story. I don't know or think I will ever see that money, but at least I have SOME left. She needs a promotion! * Much improved bank experience than a year ago!
