Recently signed up with them and it’s been a headache since day! Started by not getting my terminal when I told I would causeing almost a week dely. Then Over the next couple weeks ran cards that were suppose to be available the next day which haven’t been. When I called them and asked a manager to call me I never got a call back from anyone. They have caused so many issues and delays in our business and aren’t owning up to it, I’m extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service

We switched to Quantum about a 8 months ago after much procrastination! It's always tough to make a big change in business....but our old provider was just terrible. I have only positive things to say about Rob Olson and his fabulous team. I'm glad we made the switch....you should too!

I was so lucky to find this company when I was searching for another company to provide POS. I was having such a hard time with my old processor. Quantum was great with me. Explaining everything that I needed to know!
