I recommend checking out the other pawnshops first before this or to avoid this place all together. Their employees can definitely benefit from a class on professionalism. How awful is it for an employee to claim than an iPad mini 1 is an iPad mini 4 to a customer just for the sale? Trust me when I say, the chances of a situation as such happening from this pawn shop is VERY likely.

Very rude staff.... act as if you are a problem vs a customer. I really do not recommend going here even if they were giving away everything for free. The only reason I'm rating one star is because you cant give them a zero

I went to the store on September 7 for the first time ever the ladies that were working seem to be very nice and polite I bought a steam cleaner which I was told had all the pieces once I got it home and was able to investigate and try to use it I realize that it’s missing the two main pieces to it when I called to try to return it they told me I could not because I didn’t purchase a warranty which I wasn’t offered at the time of purchase so now I’m stuck with the steam cleaner that I can’t use it because it doesn’t have all the proper pieces way to go on having terrible customer service that you claim to be “The best pawn shop in town”I will never spend another dollar in that place and I don’t recommend anyone else doing so either

Extremely rude kid working the front desk, who was unable to show any empathy or professionalism when I tried to sell a Samsung Gear S3. They are unfamiliar with the correct process to check if a device is paid off. I work for the company that the watch was previously connected to, I know how to check if a device ID has been paid off. They obviously do not, and supplement that ignorance with an attitude towards a customer that knows more about a piece of their business than they do. At the time of attempted sale there was a police officer inquiring about a regular customer of theirs, so it seems evident that they may not practice legal policies either. Dont buy or sell here, you are but an inconvenience to their dying business.

Seriously unfriendly people. And VERY slow. No matter what you go in there for the employees act like your disturbing them, and heaven forbid you need help with something or ask a question. If your in a hurry I highly suggest going somewhere else, because they don't care if they make someone wait. Iv literally been completely ignored by employees more than once. Worst customer service I think iv ever experienced. Seriously they should be ashamed of themselves, but they really just don't care!

This is one of my favorite pawnshops ever. They have amazing prices! Probably the best prices of any pawnshop I have ever visited. Their selection of items is really good and their staff is about as friendly as they get!
