Feedback:
They assumed that my loan application was for an investment property, because I currently live next door to the home I would like to purchase. My family has deep roots locally and we have other property that we own which is heir property. They did not take the facts given, but only assumed this would be a purchase for income property. In turn that changes the dynamics of the loan and increases the down payment needed to secure the loan. Their actions were unfair and not based on facts. I will never attempt to use their services nor would I recommend this company to anyone, because rather base their decisions of facts, they used assumptions.
