Extremely inconsistent. I've been a good customer of theirs for some time. Always make my payments, etc. But I've never actually "needed" the money up until my last two applications. I got very sick and was off work for a month. Fell behind on stuff and actually needed the loan this time. Was turned down flat. Told to reapply after August 19. Did so and was turned down flat again. Like every other financial institution, if you actually need money, you can't get it. My previous history with them didn't seem to count at all. Very frustrating.
