I don't always take the time to write a review but I just want to say a big thank you to the staff at Rams East Gosford. They helped me get into my home.At all times I was kept up to date and the whole process seemed so easy. It was lovely speaking with such friendly and professional people who took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve. Highly recommended !!

I just wanted to supply some customer feedback.I have been a home loan customer for 7 years.Firstly, I do not understand how you can justify your exit fees on a 10 year fixed home loan.I understand and accept the need for an exit fee but surely logic would suggest that this fee be calculated on a pro rata basis dependant on the remaining term of the loan, how can you justify a $32000 exit fee on a 10 year fixed loan at 5 years, 6 years and 7 years into the loan, this is simple extortion.Secondly, for 7 years I have been a good customer and not missed a single payment on a $430,000 loan and yet when I was told I would have to pay a $32000 fee to break my 75% fixed loan to borrow just $32000 of my own equity no attempt was made to negotiate...obviously not part of your process...and them when I decided that if I had to pay this exorbitant fee that I may as well take the opportunity to change to a different lender, not one single attempt was made to try and save me, therefore I have just submitted an application to another lender.So while appreciate that you gave me my first home loan it will also be my last with you and I would not recommend your business to anyone.
