Did they pay people to give a good review???? Really...so I received my state before my federal return, and out of 600.00 they took 500 for their fee. I was told we would receive our federal check by March 11th, It is now the 21st and nothing......Rapid???? Not so much. I'm a single mother of 2 teenage daughter's and still not a word. I call and the gentleman that filed our taxes just keeps saying your refund has been accepted and there are no red flags. So, basically I have paid 500 dollars for a not so rapid refund. If you want someone that genuinely cares about their customers don't go here. Two words for the next victim...turbo tax....the worse part is ...I stopped going to a tax place I had been going to for 20 years, foolishly thinking they would live up to their name....so disappointed.
