Staff seem to do a lot of work to try and get you a loan which is nice.However they took about 3 weeks to get something not even half of what I was looking for at a very high rate. Went to a car dealership and got a higher loan in 24 hours at less than half the interest rate.Great customer service but would not recommend.

Stay right away- dealt with Melbourne office and had nothing but problems.They made me pay $1600for an national car warranty for my car and didnt pay them for itWhen i went to make a claim for new transmission, it was refused at cost me over $2kVery high interest and fees , shop elswhere or you will regret it
