All the high tech gadgets- whoa. I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. Wonderful and easy process opening an account. A bit stringent and thorough but better that way.

Can’t understand reviews on customer service. I have had nothing but great service . I did hear there was a manager change not long ago and that may be the difference. Would never go back to a bank !!!

Poor service at this branch. PS I want to alter my review from 2 stars to 1 to highlight how much a different branch truly helped me in my time of need. I will absolutely never return to this branch. Be warned that there is absolutely a better branch nearby.

Staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Products are basic and nothing special but if that's what you want, they're great.

Usually great service but I went through the drive thru and sat for about 15 minutes and no one ever said a word to me. I'm not opposed to waiting but to never be acknowledged is so rude!

Outstanding credit union! Got a really excellent low interest rate on a car loan and the cash back rewards on my debit card are great (just to give you an example it's July 2017 and I'm already up to $20 on my cash back rewards).
