Feedback:
I went to this location and spoke to a very rude agent who was unprofessional. He did not introduce himself so I can only describe him as a Asian Man. He drilled me with questions upfront and gave me a look as if he already knew without looking at my paper work that he was not giving me a loan. I work at Verizon wireless and I make over 38,000.00 a year and I only came there for a small 200 loan. He told me that he need more proof because he could not trust people that worked at Verizon. Really not only do you insult me, but also the company I have worked at for years. I felt like he really wanted to say was that he didn't trust BLACK people. I was so disgusted and I left and I will let everyone at my very large Call Center know that this establishment does not trust Verizon employees and we should all take our business elsewhere.
