Red Rock is not bad at all. They give people a second chance to getting people into a good car. Especially, people with bad credit. A fellow worker of the name of Cedric is the most outstanding guy to go to. He is very informative, nice, polite, prompt and on your side. That is the guy to ALWAYS go to. Any problems or concerns always ask for Cedric. He will hey you together!!!!!!!!

I have had a pretty great experience with Red Rock. I set up auto pay so I never have to worry about my car being turned off. But the best part has been how much h they have helped me when my car broke down. I had only had my car for a year and a half when my transmission went out of my car. It was no longer under warranty but they still paid for it to be fixed. They paid it all up front and then only asked that I make payments to payback half of it. Now my car is in the shop and they are helping me once again! They don't have to because like I said it isn't under warranty anymore but I truly think they are out there to help their good customers!! I would get another loan from them when I can trade in my car. Also, Cyan Reyes has been amazing to work with!

RedRock financial has the right people doing the right thing when it comes to financing vehicles. I'm coming down to the end of our contract and I have nothing but good praises for this team of individuals .I totally recommend them to anyone looking to better their credit through a vehicle purchase. They will take care of you! Linda was my account manager and does a great job. Keep it up guys!

I will not recommend this company to anyone. I know others with lower scores and drive newer cars and lower payments. I almost took the car back when I read some of the reviews, now I wish I would have. Looking to get out of this bad customer service financial place asap. Dont use them. I will go to a buy here pay here if I have to.

They lie and trick people. Told me a co-sign wouldn't help me and wouldn't let me use one. Just so they could charge a higher interest rate. I was told a vehicle was a certain price so I signed over my trade and signed 9 pages of paperwork all reflecting the agreed on price then the last page jumped $12000 in interest. There awful people andbrude employees with no desire to do anything but screw you.

One day late they turn your vehicle off. They say they offer help if you need extra time and when you call your met with rude undertone questions. They also withdraw unauthorized payments with signed authorization form causing you bank account to over draft. Day four being late and you get threaten repossession. I gave the car back.
