Submitted a request to get rates quotes through Lending Tree and Shawn William Deffner of Reliance First Capital called me immediately. I told him I was all set just wanted rates (received them via email and they were not what I needed). He insisted on talking with me after telling him I was all set several times I hung up. He called back and said if I hung up he would just call me back. He then called me back several times within the following 20 mins (I did not answer). He then proceeded to text me two times. He then called back the following day and I answered this time and he again would not acknowledge my request to stop calling. At that point I told him if he called me back I would report him for harassment. At that point he said he would mark my file as do not contact! It are guys like this that give lenders a bad name.
