Will be changing banks after many years of being a loyal customer. Last Monday found I found out I was in the negative in my checking account. Come to find out I paid two mortgage payments. Was my fault but asked them to cancel the checks and put back into my account. She said two days. Four days later no money. Now it’s 8 days later and I’m stuck behind in making payments because my mortgage company has all my money

Members are treated as just a number. 20+ years I have been with wcta, now reliant. As the change over and the down hill of the company continued since it's conversion to reliant so has my use for this facility. Over a $41 negative balance, I get threats and account disabled so when I was able to get to one of the few affiliated branches out of state to put money in to correct this, they are unable to make deposit to fix issue. When l spoke to rep, I said I would try to get there that day, as my busy schedule turned out, I wasn't able to till the next day. So because of one day, they made it so I had to waste more time to give them the money they were demanding yet made it so I could not give it to them.As someone who travels across the country. It does make it hard to bank, which is why I kept this account, but will be looking for a better place that actually values it's members.

I'll try to keep this as short as I can. Bad things happened, my credit was destroyed after years of great credit. Things got better but I needed some help to get things where I wanted them to be. After trying many banks telling me there was nothing they could do to help I stopped at reliant. They took the time to listen to me and go through every option available to me in great detail. I could go on and on about my experience but I will just say I strongly suggest you stop in.
