Feedback:
I'm an owner with a listing on VRBO. They withheld my money for over 3 months after the renter had come and gone (with zero complaints). On the next rental they withheld my money for a month and a half after receiving the payment from the renter. If I had not called to complain I wonder if they would have ever given me the money (note: I have since received the money). Just seems fishy. If they do this to thousands of customers that equates into millions of dollars they are floating - or investing and making money - on money that is not theirs. I see another class action in the making.
