Client Review on Revel Systems iPad POS

Feedback:

the system is fine and customer service is ok until you sign and pay for it, but after that they don't even answer to you. i signed with them and they send me wrong items and i request for exchange, so they want me to pay for restocking fee ( i have never open the boxes ) and for shipping cost. plus i have some missing items , but can't reach the sales person and he doesn't get back to me. terrible customer service
