Attorney Gaudreau saved me from financial ruin caused by fraudulent student loans opened in my name. I had student debt fraudulently consigned with my name by an ex-spouse. Multiple loans totaling close to $180K that I was made aware of by the loan companies when repayment was due. Despite pleas to the companies, Sallie Mae and Discover student loans, that these were not my loans they were unconcerned and began the process to have my wages garnished through the court system. Which they legally, with the blessing of congressional law, can do. The garnishments, which would pay back the loans...plus interest and penalties... would have destroyed me financially paying these for the rest of my life.I immediately sought counsel with Attorney Gaudreau.
