People were nice as long as you were buying something but as soon as it stops working they were quick to tell you within the hour that it's non returnable and non refundable. Apparently they do not check their product before selling it. Dishonest. It is ok what comes around shall go around somehow.

Awesome shop. Always greeted by friendly staff that is super helpful. My husband and I went in and had our 3 year old with us. We were looking at Blu Ray players when our daughter started getting restless. One of the staff started talking to her and playing with her on a tricycle. It calmed her down and made her day. I will not shop at any other pawn shop. They really are the best.
